We all knew they were coming.

Among them:
"The Art of War now increases the damage of Judgement, Crusader Strike and Divine Storm by 5/10%. (Old - Increased critical strike damage only, by 10/20%)"

Wouldn't this cause the same amount of crit damage, but also increase non-crit damage? On a crit, 10% added to the overall amount will be equal in amount to a 20% increase in bonus damage. This must be worded wrong; it's not what they said before at least.

"Judgement of the Wise now grants the paladin 15% of his base mana. (Down from 33%)"

This talent will be hell to balance. Right now a paladin can spam whatever he wants and not worry. I don't think they want that, but then you can't make it too limiting.

I think they'll continue to change judgement of the wise until holy paladins realize it's not a healing tool.

Though, I think 15% is way to low for it but I'll save my complaint until after I play with it.

The art of the war change isn't really anything too bad.

All they need to do is require a 2-hand weapon to be equipped. If a holy paladin wants to spec into that, switch to a 2h every time to judge, and switch back to a weapon that will allow him to actually heal (since weapons account for like 1/4 to 1/3 of spell power) and waste that many gcd's, fine.
