Lots of new things coming out, many obtainable only through a lot of grinding - will be good to discuss and coordinate as well as figure out what is needed most.

Here is some of the stuff I have come across that is helpful.

This site tracks everything, and give you a history on everyone, which includes how much their pop grew per day and where they are located.

userscripts.org

This site has scripts for Mozilla. Most of them are 100% legal. Some of them may be on the shady end of things. Botting is not against the rules for English servers, though it is for German servers. There are 2 mod here that are probably considered bots, you can tell which ones they are.

The rest of the scripts are extremely helpful. Such as Travian Mod Kit v1.8. Though not all of them work on every server. Basically, finding the right one gives you a better view of your villages and makes a few tasks more streamline.

Greasemonkey

This is used to install them on mozilla, be careful, they are not all compatible with each other.

So I've been wondering what's the best "spec" for a hero? If you're taking an offensive hero, for example, you can either boost it's individual attack power by X or the whole attack power of the whole group by Y%. I'm wondering where the break-even point is for these two stats.

In my case, I have an Imperian hero. If I was attacking with 4 Imps and 1 hero, it would be much better to pump up my individual attack power. I'd be gaining a lot more overall attack power for my attack force with 1 point in Offense rather than 1 point in Off-Bonus.

For my example raid of 5 Imps (4 reg + 1 hero), I'd be only gaining <1 attack power from 1 point of Off-Bonus.
I'd get 70 attack power from 1 point in Offense. Obviously for a small attack force, Offense is better.

My question is, at what point in an army size does Off-Bonus point outweigh an Offense point? And will this change depending on what kind of unit you train a hero as?

SO i was thinking I would alert some of the new people that I recruited that our real forum is here. However, the problem with that is that if they leave our alliance, they will still be able to see our forums here and perhaps gain information that might be harmful to us.

we can either:

1- use those forums

2- not care, or ban by IP when they leave.

i think maybe the first is better. we could just have all of the travian stuff on the S6 forums.

Tada! I hereby claim this land for Spain, I mean, the losers who play other online games like Travian.

To kick off: those losers who attacked me before are attacking again, but they don't have catapults and they are "raiding" which means they are just going to lose 70 some units in traps and won't be able to free them until they come BACK, which is 23 hours both ways. And then I'll just release them 30 seconds before they get there, saving most of my traps. And if they come back with catapults, it'll be 54 hours.

Relocating Class Discussion

Is there a way to move the class discussion threads out of general, and make a new section called "class discussion" and inside this section would be each of the classes' threads? Seems like this structure would make more sense, and be easier to keep track of from the main page. Right now I think each of the class forums are a little too nested since they're in the general senction, then the sub forum of "class discussion" then all the classes are hidden under there. Just a suggestion, maybe you do it this way for a reason I just haven't thought of.

PVP forum

i would like a general pvp forum. this would be where people of different classes could discuss strategies, tactics, and battleground matchups.

since PVP will play a much larger part in the game in BC i think this will be practical. the only place that really fits for this right now is general but it would be nice to have one place to go to find strategy/battleground/arena team discussions. it would also offer a place where people could form arena teams.

Thread subscriptions

Is there any way to subscribe to a thread so that you will get an e-mail if any changes occur to that thread? Perhaps be e-mailed a copy of the changes made?

I know this exists on many forum systems, but I haven't seen it here. Not that I've looked around very hard for it. I just assumed it wasn't there when I wasn't automatically recieving emails about changes to threads I created. Which I believe is quite typical of pages that have those systems in place.

We need a progression page like this..

I have Opera web browser, and as of like, two weeks(?) now I haven't been able to reply, post, or anything using opera on this site. I have to use stupid stupid IE.

I could do it just fine before! Does anyone else have this problem? Basically it brings me back to the login page after I hit submit. Sometimes it brings me to some 'create a poll' page. Maybe it just hates me. I don't know :(
