yeah, outside a slight dps hit it should be lots more fun.
Which pet are you having the most fun with at the moment lee?
...ps /hate corehoundish pets the shake the screen all the time

| | gorilla is tons of fun for AoEing. Crab is great for PVP but auto-claw spam seems to interfere with using real abilities like pin and roar of sac. Pet is always on GCD from claw so they're hard to use. I might have to make a "turn off auto-claw, use pin, turn on auto-claw" macro. Haven't tried cunning but birds of prey look very nice. Though I imagine that everyone in PVP will soon have a weapon chain, and 3 sec disarm isn't that scary. Haven't tried Chim yet but I got chased by one and it's pretty nasty. Cat still seems to do good dps. Not sure if they nerfed it yet. Rake is unsane. Ferocity pets in general have a surprising amount of survivability with their talents, but I think tenacity will be king in PVP since roar of sacrifice is godly. Unfortunately, Roar of Sacrifice will likely be nerfed once people realize how good it is. Either that or people will go even more out of their way to kill the pet and it's hard to save it from sudden burst in the arena setting, though BLood of the Rhino (also awesome) will help. I think most will go ferocity for raiding, but I would advocate bringing tenacity pets for some occasions, esp. if you're not BM. I can see situations where a 30% dmg transfer from the tank would be more important than the 10%-20% or so more pet dmg. This might be another reason for Blizz to nerf Roar of Sacrifice. I would think they'd add a longer CD to make it more in line with Blessing of Sac. Interesting combo- pally healing a Tenacity pet with blood of the rhino while the Tank has Bacon on it. Difficult to enact in reality, but interesting in theory. +40% healing to the tank! Gorilla as a raid off-tank, anyone?
