Arroll, Zwick, one of the challenges in healing is integrating your styles into what we're doing currently.

So, if you could, just type out here how you heal. What mods you use, what ranks spells, when X happens, I do Y, etc...

after i judge, i crusader strike and if someone hasnt jusdged wisdom and my health hasnt gone up, i pop a potion.  sometimes i start casting a flash of light in the hopes that someone will see me and feel sorry enough to use one of their own heals.  normally i cancel the FoL though.

Silly Pally, you're not supposed to heal yourself...especially not as ret...using skills that don't make you do damage but keep yourself alive is something hybrids should never do.

Addons I use for healing: Healbot, Quartz.

I have healbot setup to tell me when someone needs a cleanse. It is setup in 2 collums to allow me better coverage of everyone. I use Quartz to help time my heals so I am not consitantly click the mouse. I keep an eye on my mana and pop mana pots when needed.

Most of the time I cast Flash of Light at its highest rank. And always have a Holy Light queue'd if it is needed. This is all durning trash pulls.

For boss fights I am normally on a Main Tank and go back and forth between FOL and HL poping mana pots when needed. I do this until I am near the end of my mana and then down grade the ranks by 2 or 3 using healbot.

I have a clease macro that I have keyed near my moment keys that works with heal bot to cleanse anyone with in range.

Not sure how much of this is covered by those mods, but most of use Grid. It has the advantage of conveniently showing everyone, plus it has an "incoming heal" function that's especially for paladins! I recommend it.
